Online Store for Leather Footwear, Bags, and Jackets – Mito

This document governs the terms of purchase on the Mito online store, operated by Alta Química Industrial S.A.C., identified with RUC 20523982827, domiciled in Lima, Peru.

By making a purchase on our leather goods e-commerce store, the user agrees to these terms and conditions in accordance with Peruvian law.

1. Products

Mito sells products handcrafted from genuine leather, including:

Leather bags

Leather jackets

Leather accessories

The images published on the online store are for reference purposes. Due to the genuine nature of leather, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

2. Purchasing Process

To place an order in our online store, the user must:

Select the product.

Add it to the shopping cart.

Complete personal and shipping details.

Complete payment through the available methods.

The purchase is considered confirmed once payment has been approved.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are stated in Peruvian Soles (S/) unless indicated otherwise.

Prices include IGV (Peruvian sales tax) in accordance with Peruvian regulations.

The company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

We accept debit and credit cards through secure payment platforms.

5. Shipping

5.1 Domestic Shipping (Peru)

We ship nationwide across Peru.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the logistics carrier.

5.2 International Shipping

Mito ships leather footwear, bags, and jackets internationally.

For sales outside of Peruvian territory:

International shipments may incur additional costs.

Import expenses, tariffs, taxes, customs duties, or administrative fees will be assumed entirely by the buyer.

The amount of such charges will depend on the regulations of the destination country and its local currency.

Mito has no control over customs charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

The buyer is responsible for complying with the applicable import regulations in their country.

6. Customs Delays or Holds

Mito is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Holds or inspections carried out by authorities in the destination country.

Additional costs resulting from customs storage.

7. Exchanges and Warranty

Exchanges are accepted solely for manufacturing defects.

The product must be:

Unused

In good condition

In its original packaging

Warranty does not apply to:

Natural wear and tear of the leather.

Misuse.

Damage caused by improper handling.

Damage resulting from international transit where direct, verifiable responsibility does not exist.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code in Peru, there is no automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases unless expressly stated in the company's commercial policy.

9. Complaints Book

Alta Química Industrial S.A.C. maintains a Complaints Book in compliance with Peruvian regulations.
